About Supper

Supper is the best and fastest way to order fantastic food - and more - online, delivered from London’s finest establishments. Just place an order and we deliver it straight to you using the best technology available. So, now you can have the 'in-dining' experience you know and love in the comfort of your home or office. Simple.
Click on the restaurant of your choice and you will be taken to its menu. Just add what you want to your basket and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will be asked to create an account or log in if you already have one. Then simply schedule your delivery window and your order will be delivered within the displayed time frame. You will receive texts tracking the progress of your order. Or, you can track the status yourself on your account page.
Currently we only deliver in Zone 1. Please refer to map for detailed coverage.
Unfortunately, some items don't travel very well outside of the restaurants themselves. We have discussed the menus carefully with each restaurant and items that aren't suitable for delivery have been omitted. The menus are constantly being updated, so sometimes items are added or taken away.

Send us an email at account@supper.london and we will make that change for you.
It is possible to change your delivery address, after the checkout, but this will only affect future deliveries. If you wish to change the address immediately, please call 020 3542 4056 or email us at account@supper.london.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are dictated by the restaurants themselves. Generally, the prices are exactly the same as 'dine-in', although there may be some exceptions. All prices include VAT.
We have spent a long time sourcing and partnering the best restaurants in London. These restaurants are either fully booked or can be extremely busy at times, with long wait times and tough accessibility. We believe your time and travel costs are worth more than £5 and we've even built in real-time tracking to make things more convenient for you and help pin-point your order.

The delivery fee is constant, which is great when ordering for large groups or even the office.
We charge a fee of 9% for service on the food. We want to make sure we have the best quality service possible, the bikes, the drivers, the transportation of the food. In order to do this we invest heavily in the infrastructure and we hope you agree that our delivery service is a class above the rest, just like our restaurants. We also feel that not having to queue or send a car to the wonderful restaurants we work with is a small price to pay.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We have given you the ability to order from your favourite restaurant up to a week in advance, so giving you the flexibility to plan special occasions or events. This also gives the restaurant enough notice so they can prepare for busy service periods. You can select the date and delivery window on the checkout page using the drop-down menu. We advise large orders are placed in advance to ensure restaurant and driver can expedite your order in a timely fashion.

You can also place an order on the morning of the day you would like for later that evening. This puts you ahead of those people ordering at the time they feel hungry, ie very busy periods. Generally the rule of thumb with busy restaurants, the more notice they get, the more likely you get your order delivered at the correct time.
Once your order is placed and received by the restaurant, you will receive a delivery window. We aim to deliver all orders as close to the beginning of the delivery window as possible. Actual, delivery times are affected by restaurant loads, busy ordering periods (generally Friday and Saturday evenings) and order size. If you have a specific time you need your order to arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For this type of service, it's best to email us at account@supper.london with your requirements and we will get an account manager to set up a personalised delivery schedule especially for you. This way you are certain to get your delivery at the right time, whenever you like, be it work or home.

If you would like to add, remove or change an existing order please do so at least 30 minutes before your delivery window by emailing contact@supper.london or calling 020 3542 4056 so we can co-ordinate with our delivery partners. Please note that significant changes may cause delays in delivery although we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Yes. This may change from restaurant to restaurant, but generally it's £25.


At present, it's not possible to order items from different restaurants on the same order. If you wish to have more than one restaurant ordered at that time, you will need to make separate orders.
Generally, if you'd like to add an item to an existing order, simply place another order for the same delivery window and we'll combine them automatically and remove the second delivery charge. If it's on short notice, there may be a delay in your order. If you wish to change item(s), please do so at least 30 minutes before your delivery window by calling 020 3542 4056 or emailing contact@supper.london so we can coordinate with our restaurant partners. Please note that significant changes may cause delays in delivery, although we will do our best to accommodate. Finally, if you'd like to remove item(s) from your order, we require you to do so at least 30 minutes before your delivery window by calling or emailing us. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund if the merchant has already prepared the item(s).
While we endeavour to get most orders delivered within a 20 minute period once the items have left the restaurant, things can go wrong. If your order is particularly late, please contact us and we will address your concerns. If your food arrives cold, due to Supper taking too long, contact us and we will refund your order or deliver another one free of charge.
Service is our main priority and each order is checked by the restaurant before it leaves the premises and by our drivers. If however, something has been omitted or a wrong item has been delivered, please contact us and if will be rectified immediately. No questions asked.
Please contact us as soon as you discover the problem with your order, detailing what went wrong and we will quickly work with you to resolve the issue.
