Generally, if you'd like to add an item to an existing order, simply place another order for the same delivery window and we'll combine them automatically and remove the second delivery charge. If it's on short notice, there may be a delay in your order. If you wish to change item(s), please do so at least 30 minutes before your delivery window by calling 020 3542 4056

so we can coordinate with our restaurant partners. Please note that significant changes may cause delays in delivery, although we will do our best to accommodate. Finally, if you'd like to remove item(s) from your order, we require you to do so at least 30 minutes before your delivery window by calling or emailing us. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund if the merchant has already prepared the item(s).
